Purchases

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to event will receive a full refund

• Cancellations made 30 – 14 days prior to event will receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to event will not be eligible for a refund. Consideration can be given to credit for a future event or substituting with a delegate

Cancellation of an event by Resilience In Health

If Resilience in Health needs to cancel an event delegates will receive a refund or credit for a future event as nominated by the delegate.
